We
are looking to recruit a new role based in Market requirements,
responsible for leading quality assurance across our business in Libya.
This role will have direct line management responsibility for a QA team ( in future ) and will report to General Manger of Aldawlia company, this position is linked with global leader of operational excellence and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be a strong operator with a record of the implementation of high standards, but also able to work with peers across the business to co-create and drive future developments.

Roles & responsibilities:
- Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards, SoPs and specifications
- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
- setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
- using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
• Promote the development of a company-wide culture of quality assurance and understanding of the key elements related to the quality system
• Directly management of a QA Co-ordinator, leading the quality assurance business and influencing our Ware house teams to deliver high performance to meet key targets.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents. Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated throughout corporate policies and procedures, and engaging training.
• Partner with suppliers and with distributors to secure highest level of quality throughout the entire supply chain
• Partner with Operation managers to foster culture with focus on both quality and on-time-delivery
• Lead Quality complaint investigations and ensure timely closure for identified Corrective and Preventative Actions
• Lead and continuously improve Site Quality Management System and assure compliance with applicable regulations
Minimum Skills
- fluent English Language
- Experience in Quality leading not less than 5 years
