Description:
Our Client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be managing one construction site on a large housing project. Working for the Project Management firm they will be responsible for a small team of Construction Supervisors and will be reporting into a Senior Construction Manager on the construction activities. Responsibilities include:-
-Day to day management of the site.
-Writing technical reports and providing other relevant information to the Construction Manager.
-Identifying problems and ensuring the project is delivered on time and budget to the client.
The successful candidate will have:-
-Excellent written and spoken English
-A Civil Engineering degree
-5 years experience
-Experience in large projects
-Must have worked as a consultant on a project before (Project Manager/Construction Manager type role)
