Description:
PURPOSE To lead the Customer Support, Product and Technical areas of the NMC ensuring Amadeus meets customer needs according to Amadeus policies and strategy MAIN AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Define and implement the strategy for the Customer Support, Product and Technical areas.
2. Set standards of customer support, product and technical areas ensuring that the organization is sized, shaped and equipped to deliver these standards.
3. Management and coordination of the Customer Support, Product and Technical Areas.
4. Manage the technical, product and customer support team through “Management by Objectives”: Coaching; Identifying and Planning training; Selecting and Motivating staff to increase efficiency and quality; and ensuring the evolution of the team and delivery of objectives.
5. Design and follow up the implementation of migration plans.
6. Handle the release of new and on-going products in coordination with Sales and Marketing.
7. Agreed reporting to be sent on time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3-5 years experience in Operations in a similar position.
 University degree.
 Leadership skills Excellent knowledge of PC/Printer Hardware and TCP/IP
 Full working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 98/NT) and LAN – WAN networking
 Customer-focused
 Organisational/Time-Management Skills
 Fluent in English is essential
