IT ENGINEER WITH FLUENT ENGLISH (READING & WRITING)
LCM has become a respected Oil & Gas Services company with headquarters in London and subsidiaries in Algiers and Dubai, which offer variety of services around the world in the areas of Construction, Maintenance and Project Management.
Our IT department has become more responsible due to the increasing number of employees. Because of this expansion the company wants to hire a motivated IT engineer willing to experience the infinite world of IT and looking for a long-term career to work on assigned projects that will bring new technologies to the company.
If you are interested in a career then check this out:
1. Join the IT team and can work independently. For example you may be asked to configure new document scanning hardware, deploy a portal management software (Drupal) or develop a piece of software.
2. You’ll gather documentation from the internet, books or other sources for each project, become familiar with the software/hardware, configure it, and document its usage (all in English)
3. You’ll then present the results and train users with this material.
4. You’ll need to speak, write fluent English and be comfortable reading technical manuals and websites.
5. We’d like a minimum of 2 year experience (networks, databases, operating system, etc).
6. MCSE or CISCO certifications are of great advantage for this position.
