Geoservices Libya Branch requires for:

Production Operator

 Applicant shall be Libyan Nationality
 Diploma / Degree in Oil Production or Oil Engineering or equivalent
 At least 2 years as Field Personnel
 Very good computing knowledge
 Good English skills
 Communications skills
 Self-motivated, team-player, fast-learner, committed, reliable. Able to travel to the rig site with short notice & be willing to work on offshore platforms.
 Able to start immediately.

JOB FUNCTION:
The Production Operator required to perform the following duties:
• Ensures that the plant is operating in a safe condition and reports any anomaly.
• Frequently checks & records all process parameters & promptly reports any deviation in operating conditions.
• Performs level 1 & 2 maintenance on the equipment
• Takes samples for lab analysis
• Executes the tasks given by the shift supervisor / lead op.
• Assist the shift supervisor / lead op. for daily reports as required
• Assist in the preparation, isolation & de-isolation of equipment during maintenance interventions.
• Assist with the shutdown and start up of process equipment and relevant utilities.
• Visually inspect the safety equipment and reports any anomaly
• Executes the required work according to issued work permits.
• Assists any member of the team in cases of necessity
• Ensures his work is performed in a safe condition
• Stops any unsafe situation
• Make suggestions to improve the safety level
• Participates in the “Anomaly Card” system in place
• Participates in fire drills and exercises
• To be part of intervention team
• Keeps his work environment tidy and clean
• Participation in Geoservices CALS program
