Business Development Manager, Leading Software Provider, Milan & Madrid,

My client is a leading Application Provider delivering Performance Management Solutions. They are currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new accounts as well as follow up on new sales opportunities.

The role is based either in Italy or in Spain and requires excellent knowledge of Italian and Spanish.

Description

As a Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for assisting in the identification of suitable new accounts by compiling and sharing research as well as carrying out business plans for an assigned territory.
The role entails some Team Lead responsibilities and you would be required to provide coaching and support to the EMEA Business Developers in their day-to-day activities.

The Business Development Manager drives the early stages of the sales cycle and is critical in ensuring well qualified first appointments which become relevant revenue generation opportunities.

Key Requirements

The Business Development Manager should have the following skills/background:

* experience in an inside sales or prospecting role (ideally within IT or New Media),
* strong communication skills and self-confident personnality,
* experience and understanding of the Internet and related services,
* excellent knowledge of both Italian AND Spanish.

Salary Indication:

€40000 - €45000 per annum + excellent benefits package
