National Economic Development Board announces its desire to recruit a number of qualified employees to work in the project study of unregulated economy in the following fields:
1- Project Manager of unregulated economy study (shadow economy):
Required No.(1)


Tasks and responsibilities:
1- To ensure the provision of local resources in the appropriate time and logistical support.
2- To ascertain updating the project plan, schedule, budget and detection deviation management of plan as well as to suggest the appropriate adjustments for the heads of teams. To prepare periodical reports.
3- To prepare the manual of conditions of researches related diagnosis and reform stage.
4- To supervise and follow up the field work of local technical team and local authorities as well as to prepare the reports, periodical evaluation and to provide the technical guidance.
5- To organize a network and planning in order to identify the economic activities.
6- To execute operations of projects management: Risk Management - Alteration Management - Quality Management.
7- To attend the weekly meetings.
8- To attend the meeting of the establishment committee and to prepare presentations and agendas.


Conditions:
Qualifications and experiences of Project Manager are as follows:
1- University degree in related field (Economy -Law- Engineering) preferable high studies in the specialization.
2- To be fluent in English language.
3- Experience at least 6 years.
4- Good experience in design, execution and management of programs and projects.
5- Experience in management and administrative affairs.
6- National legislative information in the relevant fields.
7- Communication, negotiation and training skills.
8- Computer skills


2- Senior researcher of legal research team in the economic activities affairs of unregulated economy study (shadow economy):
Required No.(2)


Tasks and responsibilities:
1- To conduct the legal research, collection and analysis of information systems and laws to describe the legal framework of study. To conduct the interviews with the lawyers, projects owners and employees.
2- Analyzing and studying the procedures files as follows:
- To establish various economical activities.
- To register all the legal procedures to practice the economical activities.
- Arbitration and alternative systems for dispute settlement.
- Import & Export procedures.
- Exceptional systems of small projects.
- Development programs for the economical activities.
3- To keep the documents, registers, files and legal references.
4- To prepare analysis and necessary recommendation reports resulting from the studies and researches which will be delivered to the official in charge.


Conditions:
Qualifications and experiences of Project Manager are as follows:
1- University degree in Law.
2- Experience at least 10 years in the Libyan legal system in the practical aspects (Companies Law - Commercial Law - Tax Law - International Trade).
3- To be fluent in English language.
4- Good experience in using the analytical tools for the institutional economy.
5- Good experience in management and execution of projects.
6- National legislative information in the relevant fields.
7- Communication, negotiation and training skills.
8- Computer skills


3- Assistant researcher of legal research team in the economic activities affairs of unregulated economy study (shadow economy):

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Real estate Property and land affairs.
- Exceptional systems of Real estate and lands.
- Development programs for the Real estate and land property.
3- To participate in working groups multi specializations in order to verify the hypothesis and accuracy of results; to prepare the recommendations on institutional development.
4- To prepare analysis and necessary recommendation reports resulting from the studies and researches which will be delivered to the official in charge.
5- To keep the documents, registers, files and legal references.


Conditions:
Qualifications and experiences of Project Manager are as follows:
