Job description
Administer the Active Directory by creating/deleting user accounts and maintain security access to ensure functional and effectiveness for all users rights.
Provide IT support to all Libya users through training and computer maintenance of hardware for users in order to utilize both software and hardware resources to gain internal customer satisfaction.
Provide system security by maintaining anti-virus software & hardware, user access profiles and security to avoid threat of external viruses.
Update critical IT databases and coordinate with HQ for secure clients accounts

Qualifications
-Experience working in a similar role providing technical support, help desk experience and experience with local area networks an asset.
-Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand and apply knowledge from technical manuals required.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Operating Systems, Lotus Notes applications preferred.
